What we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily send through the assessment request form: name, organisation, phone number, email address, type of facility, governorate, and a description of your requirement. We collect no other data from site visitors.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to contact you about your request and prepare the initial security assessment. We do not use your data for any marketing purpose without your explicit permission.
Who sees it
The business development team and the technical assessment committee only, on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any third party except under a court order or a binding official request.
Retention period
Data from requests that do not convert to a contract is kept for 24 months and then destroyed. Data of contracted clients is managed under the terms of the signed contract.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. No external resource is loaded while you browse — fonts, images and scripts are all hosted on our own server.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it permanently deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond within 14 working days.
