- The use of force is a last resort, at the minimum necessary, and strictly within the law.
- Treat everyone with respect — visitor, employee and suspect alike.
- Refuse any tip, gift or benefit from any party, however small.
- Report any incident or violation immediately — concealment is an offence equal to the act itself.
- Complete political and sectarian neutrality on duty and in representing the company.

A confidential reporting channel open to staff, clients and the public. Every report is investigated by an independent committee and the identity of the reporter is fully protected — retaliation against a reporter is immediate grounds for dismissal.
Any violation of this code can be reported confidentially to the ethics address. Reports are examined by management directly, and the identity of the reporter is protected.
